Search Item Issue

Hi All,

I've set up a custom workflow at one production house based loosely on the FCSrvr Example Workflow where by the projects go through various numbered stages eg:

01 Project Created

02 Project Ready to Edit

03 Project in Edit

etc etc.

The projects go through 3 cycles of editing and I'd like to create smart searches for the editors such as:

'Projects currently being Edited'

'Projects in Review'

which encompass several stages of the workflow. I've managed to add the 'Full Project Status' to the search fields but when i try and filter using it i only have the options of All, Equals and Not Equals. I am therefore unable to search for all projects in Edit eg.

03 Project in Edit

06 Project in Edit

09 Project in Edit

Yet I see that other metadata items such as 'Name' have the options of filtering 'Equal', 'Not Equal' as well as 'Contains' and 'Begins with' to mention a few.

Does anyone know how I can modify the search choices for a custom Metadata field to include more than just 'Equal' and 'Not Equal'?

Thanks
